My entire life on three pages.

Conveyed Real estate industry SaaS leader RealPage's motto, Innovation & Simplicity for use in multiple communication pieces. My solution was the phrase “The Future Made Simple.”

The Propertyware Brandstorm was a brainstorm project for RealPage designed to transform an existing brand or create a new one, and served as the strategic template for projects in the future.

Click below for blog articles and press releases I wrote for RealPage. Copy was developed through our marketing content management techniques. The focus is on the multifamily apartment management market. 

This is an entry for a RealPage AI product for Fast Company's "Most Innovative Companies" award. I combined the technical aspects of the product and data analysis focus with a discussion of its positive effects on people who want to rent an apartment.

A presentation script I wrote for RealPage President Ashley Glover's kickoff session at their annual Executive Women's Conference. It describes a strategic method to engage apartment residents at every stage of their rental lifecycle.

McDonald's transformed several restaurants into diners with food like steak dinners, pancakes, waffles, pies and sundaes. I created a classic American diner theme with the headline "Nothing Could Be Finer Than Eating at the Diner in McDonald's," based on the song "Carolina." The song was modified for all advertising. 

To communicate that Keurig-like Flavia was an entirely new way to make coffee, I wrote the headline "Brew Your Own Revolution" We created live tasting events in Boston with POS handouts to help passers-by return to their workplaces and convince their supervisors to buy the Flavia system.

"Christ Church Find Yourself" is one slide from a much larger presentation for Christ Church Plano (an amazing place), a collaboration with the VP of Creative at RealPage, who is a member of the church. I wrote the headline, and we wrote the copy together. The church used this slide for a Facebook post.

Gad and I began a 10-year journey of concepting in 2002. By 2012, we were creating work for clients that not only helped brands thrive, but that purposefully made people feel good. There is something about Gad's collaborative process unlike any other strategist, maker or experience seeker. Perhaps his background in chemistry gave me a new lens to see how the world can interact uniquely, using art, science and even a little love as a thread. That's the spirit of Gad.
